What’s good fam?!? I am Dijon Anderson. I am a Man of God first, then a husband to my wife Paula for over 27 years, a dad to my two sons Kai (25) and Keaton (21), son, uncle, and all of the others. I am an educator for over 17 years and a lover of coffee and donuts.

My Why
I learned a lot from my dad. He was a man from the deep south with values that he made every effort to push to me and my brother.
My Vision.
The vision for No Off Season 4 Dads is to see fathers who interact with NOS4Dads find a space where they can know their value as a father, gain specific tools to raise their children to be strong individuals, and be able to know their purpose all the more.
More About Me.
I sing and perform with the legendary group Heatwave. I also sing with my church fellowship in Maryland. I love running and traveling with my family.
I have been providing strategies and tools for fathers for a long time, whether through my church or through my podcast (No Off Season 4 Dads (NOS4Dads), blogging, social media posts, or even my broadcast on www.vibe106.com.
My Hope For You.
My hope is that you gain insight into becoming a better father, whether to your pre-teens, teens, or young adults. My hope is that you share these insights with other fathers who are looking for ways to connect with their children. And my hope is that you will find compassion and grace for yourself as you navigate through these waters of parenthood.
